These conditions set out the terms of the contract between the transporter (Limbasan Spedition Ltd / Limbasan Logistics - 2wheels_on_4wheels-) and you (Customer) and explain your rights, obligations, responsibilities and those of the transporter.
1. Interpretation
1.1 Any reference in these conditions to 'we' or 'us' is reference to Limbasan Spedition Ltd or Limbasan Logistics - 2wheels_on_4wheels.

1.2 Any reference in these conditions to 'you' is reference to the Customer.
1.3 Goods mean the motorcycle/motorbike/vehicle being transported, relocated or recovered.
2. Quotations
2.1 We quote (via our website, WhatsApp, Facebook,tiktok clicktrans, uship, shiply , ) a fixed price we reserve the right to amend it or make additional charges if any of the following have not been taken into account when preparing the quotation:-
2.2 If due to any circumstances outside of our control the work is not carried out or completed within the agreed timescale of at the time of the quotation.
2.3 If we supply any additional services.
2.4 Any parking, other fees or charges that we have to incur and pay in order to carry out the services you require. In all of these circumstances you will be responsible for the extra charges.
3. Work Excluded From Our Quotations
3.1 Any additional services (ex : winching the vehicle, loosing the brakes etc.. )not agreed in writing will be excluded from our quotations.
3.2 Motorcycle panniers/ top boxes will need to be off the bike and securely packed . Standard transport charge is £25 for this items.
4. Customer Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to:-
4.1 Declare to us the value of the vehicle
4.2 Be present yourself or appoint a representative at the collection and delivery points.
5. Ownership Of The Vehicle
By entering into this contract you confirm to us that:-
5.1 The vehicle is your own property.
5.2 You have the authority of the owner of the property to make this contract in respect of the vehicle. You will be responsible to pay for any claim for damages and/or costs against either of the above if this proves to be untrue.
7. Postponements/Cancellations/Amendments
7.1 If you postpone or cancel this contract we may charge according to how much notice you provide prior to the agreed collection date:-
Between 48-24 hours: 50% of the total transport charge.
Less than 24 hours: 100% of the total transport charge.
7.2 Any amendments that are required by you must be completed within 12hrs of your booking or agreed with your transporter at the time of collection.
Charges may be applicable which you will be made aware of prior.
8. Payment Of Transportation Charges
8.1 Unless you have our written agreement to the contrary you must pay our charges so we have cleared funds prior to the delivery of your vehicle. Unless we agree otherwise, you may not withhold any part of the agreed price. Failure to comply with our payment terms will also mean that the vehicle is not insured.
8.2 A 50% deposit may be required at the time of collection or booking.
8.3 The full balance must be paid prior to the vehicle being off-loaded.
8.4 Failure to make payment will result in the vehicle being held incurring storage fees and any other applicable fees.
8.5 Failure to make payment as agreed following the delivery of your vehicle will result in a £25.00 late payment fee, rising daily and capped up to a maximum price for 7 days. Also we reserve the right to store your goods at our storage facilities ( £25.00 / vehicle / day ) beside charging for the extra transported miles (£1,25 / mile ).
9. Our Liability For Loss Or Damage
9.1 A payable excess will be required depending on the vehicle value.
9.2 We may choose to repair or replace the damaged or lost vehicle.
9.3 Other than because of our negligence we will not be liable for any loss, damage or failure to deliver the vehicle if it is caused by any of the following circumstances:-
9.4 Fire howsoever caused.
9.5 War, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war was declared of not) civil war, terrorism, rebellion and/or military coup, act of God, industrial action, or other such events outside of our reasonable control.
9.6 In the event of loss or damage caused by our negligence or breach of contract, our liability to you will be assessed as a sum equivalent to the cost of their repair or replacement, taking into account the age and condition of the vehicle immediately prior to their loss or damage but subject to a maximum liability of £15,000 (unless we have agreed a higher amount with you).
9.7 Irrespective of any claim, full payment must be made prior to the claim at the time of delivery of your vehicle.
10. Delays In Transit
10.1 Unless we give a specifically agreed written timescale then arrival and departure times are an estimate only.
11. Time Limits For Claims
11.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage to any vehicles unless any claim for loss or damage is notified to us in writing at when our driver is still present at the delivery place.
12. Services
12.1 Collection and delivery
12.1.1 Vehicle inspection videos/Photos will be made by our driver prior to any service.
12.1.2 This is a standard A to B service. Should you require alternative destinations this must be agreed in writing prior.
12.2 Recovery
12.2.1 A £100.00 call out charge is applicable on all recoveries.
12.2.2 Your vehicle must be in a fit state to be pushed up the ramp.
12.2.3 This is a standard service for single recovery. Should you require additional assistance you must agree this at the time of recovery.
12.3 Track and race - Includes Isle Of Man or NC500 tours/ EU tours
12.3.1 The quotation you have been provided includes a return service.
12.3.2 Extra charges applicable for delays.
12.3.3 Only if agreed equipment can be transported with your vehicle.
12.4 Relocations
12.4.1 V5 documentation must be present.
12.4.2 Additional charges (tolls, ferries, customs).
12.4.3 A signature will be required on the relocation form for Insurance purposes.
FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED WE MUST HAVE THE VEHICLES KEYS AT ALL TIMES.
13. Waiting Time Charges
13.1 You have 15 minutes from the agreed collection/delivery times which is FOC.
13.2 Price increments will be in place for each 15 minutes you keep the transporter waiting.
Price increments per 15 minutes: £20.00
14. Making Payment
14.1 We accept cash payment at delivery prior goods are unloaded - driver will issue a receipt against the funds received.
14.2 We also accept banc transfer ( please note that for this Option the price qouted will increase by 20% VAT - we will issue a invoice and the Funds need to be cleared into our bank account before unloading the goods )
15. Whole Agreement
15.1 These Terms and Conditions together with our quotation and vehicle videos/photos at collection point are intended to form the whole agreement between us and to prevail over any verbal discussions. Should we mutually agree to any variations of these terms such variations should be confirmed in writing.
